SpeedUK Dating & SpeedUK Dating Matchmaking shall for the purpose of this content be referred to as SpeedUK Dating throughout the Terms & Conditions of this website) Our Speed Dating events are reliant on an equal guy to gal ratio of attendees. While we do try to work with our daters and encourage daters to be understanding of each others schedule changes, we do ask daters to please notify us with as much notice as possible in order to replace your reservation. Should last minute cancellations, reschedules or weather cause the event to be rescheduled, you will receive your original credit which can be used for any event, in any city, at any time. Ticket/Credits may also be transferred to a friend. Your purchase will not be issued a refund. All sales are final.
Matchmaking
Participants of our Matchmaking Packages are expected to attend Matchmaking events at no additional cost. Attendance is an important part of the process and an excellent opportunity for us to get to know you better, for you get to know our daters and for us to see who is drawn to you. As well, many Matchmaking daters find our events the perfect way to narrow down what they are looking for and learn a bit more about themselves in the process.
Matchmaking 'Date Nights' are based on mutual interest. If after several good faith attempts to find a suitable match, your challenges cannot be met by fellow daters, we reserve the right to transfer the value of your package to our events, without expiration.
Privacy Policy
SpeedUK Dating Dating & SpeedUK Dating Matchmaking is committed to protecting your privacy. You are guaranteed 100% privacy. Only the personal information which you have agreed to divulge will be shared with your ‘Date-Mate’. At no time will your information be shared with anyone other than a mutual Date-Mate.
Any person who wishes to use the SpeedUKDating.co.uk website must be at least 21 years of age.
SpeedUK Dating events and SpeedUK Dating Matchmaking are intended for use and participation by persons that are over 21 years of age. Therefore, SpeedUK Dating complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Any information collected or received from anyone under the age of 21 will be promptly removed from our system.
Terms of Use
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the website and participation in all SpeedUK Dating events and SpeedUK Matchmaking. Either you or SpeedUK Dating may terminate your registration at any time without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. Until such time though, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use this web site and/or participate in any SpeedUK Dating events.

SpeedUK Dating keeps all information supplied by you confidential. User authorizes SpeedUK Dating to release said information to other Users who you "match" with only.

By registering with SpeedUK Dating and SpeedUK Matchmaking you are agreeing that SpeedUK Dating is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of a SpeedUK Dating event or Matchmaking ‘Date-Night’. SpeedUK Dating provides a forum in which singles can meet face to face and does not make any guarantees of any kind. SpeedUK Dating events and SpeedUK Matchmaking are held at venues over which SpeedUK Dating and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a SpeedUK Dating event or Matchmaking ‘Date-Night’ you agree to release SpeedUK Dating and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SpeedUK Dating, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Hosts and Area Managers (as defined within the SpeedUKDating.co.uk Web site), agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with your attendance at any of our events, any and all of the services that SpeedUK Dating provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that you arrange on your own volition and on your own time with others who have participated in a SpeedUK Dating event. You agree that you take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.
